The protagonist is also an excellent baker. The sweets described in the story will have you taking a book break to hunt for a bakery & a cup of tea – but you likely will bring the book with you so you can keep reading it!

If it was ever made into a movie, I think the song “my heart I surrender” by I Prevail would be perfect for it.
