Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 package ground chicken
  • 1 bottle buffalo sauce
  • 1 box penne noodles
  • 1 package chicken stock
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/3 cup Milk

Instructions

Place ground chicken & entire bottle buffalo sauce in slow cooker, combine thoroughly. Cook on high for 4 hours.

When twenty minutes cooking time remains, boil noodles according to box directions, using chicken stock instead of water.

Drain noodles. Add noodles, butter, milk, & Parmesan to crock pot with buffalo chicken, mix well. Spoon onto plates, top with shredded cheese.
